Ten years of capture-mark-recapture data for Espadarana prosoblepon in El Copé, Coclé Province, Panama before and after a chytridiomycosis outbreak (2000 – 2014)
This dataset includes five-years (2000 to 2004) of capture-mark-recapture data for male Espadarana prosoblepon dataset before Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) arrived in September 2004 in El Copé, Panama, along with a five-year (2010 to 2014) post-outbreak capture-mark-recapture dataset for male E. prosoblepon in the same population.
